Our Mission & Priorities

The Building Trust Implementation Group is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships between the Black community in Hammersmith & Fulham and NHS services.

 

Our mission is to address health disparities by focusing on four key priorities: improving Black mental health, advocating for equitable maternity care, raising awareness around prostate health, and building a Black health panel to amplify community voices and influence health policies. Through collaboration, education, and innovative programs, we strive to create an inclusive healthcare environment that respects and responds to the needs of the Black community, paving the way for improved health outcomes and lasting trust.
